Tube Expander Drives

The Tornado is a pneumatic pistol motor for the expansion of light wall tubes used in heat exchangers, condensers and coolers. It has the ability to expand tubes from 8mm up to 16mm OD.

The Cyclone is a pneumatic torque controlled motor for the expansion of tubes used in heat exchangers, condensers and coolers. The torque control system has been specifically designed and engineered so as to allow a precise repeat expansion and therefore prevents any under or over-expansion.

The Vortex has been engineered with the same quality and preciseness as the Cyclone. This however is a right-angled pneumatic torque controlled motor and is designed for the expansion of boiler tubes in steam and mud drums, fire tube boilers and similar equipment.
