Evolving from BSA Regal Electrical Services, Maintenance created it's own identity in 1988. After the sharp rise in property values, customers and clients became anxious to protect what for many was now their biggest financial asset. We have advanced steadily since then, continuing to supply a full building and property maintenance service. Being a founding member of BSA Regal Group, the company enjoys a prominent position in the centre of Southampton, from where we are able to respond rapidly to the needs, urgent or otherwise, of our many retail-based, hotel and restaurant customers.
